San Diego XTraining focuses efficiency when designing your training program. Most athletes have other commitments than training but the only way to perform quality workouts is to get adequate rest in between. Varying your workout intensity and staying out of the "grey zone", allows you to progress and achieve specific results. "It's about BALANCE." We work with your current schedule and adjust it accordingly to suit your time constraints. We do not pile on mega-mileage; 99% of endurance athletes - from amateurs to professionals - gain little more than chronic fatigue and burnout from this type of training. Despite this fact, 95% of all triathletes train this way. Since 1998, San Diego XTraining has been continuously developing its coaching philosophy and programs based on over 15 years of coaching, testing, physiological education, and racing. From the beginning we have always concerned ourselves with individual attention to each athlete. Achieving your goal is our goal. It is up to you trust our coaching and give us honest feedback.
